Dr. Sheldon Shterengarts graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with honors in 2011 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  He grew up locally in Paramus, NJ. He graduated from Paramus High School and then from The College of NJ, where he majored in Health and Exercise Science.

Dr. Shterengarts has widespread experience in orthopedic physical therapy. He has been able to hone his musculoskeletal treatment skills in a variety of settings and clinics.  He has worked in clinics treating athletes of all ages, including children, adults and seniors. He strongly believes that through proper hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise, he can help his patients feel less pain and get back to the activities they love. He joins us with a reputation of being compassionate and empathetic towards his patients.
